Rentals are at the heart of what we do!  Coordination and planning support may be available for select events when the timeline, event needs, availability, and client fit align with our team.

2026 Event Special

Our event rental bundle is designed for couples and hosts who want an easy way to cover their main rental needs in one package. Bundle options may include guest chairs, guest tables, linens, sweetheart table pieces, photobooth options, audio guestbook, and select décor items depending on availability and package selection.

Delivery fees vary based on event location. Setup, styling, design, and teardown are not included unless listed in your confirmed package or quote.

Setup & Coordination Support

Customize your Event

For select weddings and events, Valley Decors may offer setup, coordination, or planning support. These services are not automatically included with rental orders and are only offered when the event needs, timeline, availability, and client fit align with our team.

Setup Package — Starting at $695
Includes tabletop décor and personal item setup for up to 200 guests. Larger guest counts may require custom pricing.

Half-Day Coordination — $1,295
Includes up to 6 hours of event-day coordination, timeline support, vendor communication, detail placement, and event flow assistance.

Full-Day Coordination — $1,595
Includes up to 10 hours of coordination, personal item and tabletop setup, timeline support, site visit, vendor communication, and event-day support.

Rehearsal — $195
Available when added to a coordination package.

Overtime — $295
Available when additional event-day coverage is needed.

Travel fees may apply based on location.

Custom Signs & Calligraphy

Personalize your wedding or event with custom lettering for mirrors, chalkboards, glass, tabletop signs, wood signs, acrylic signs, and other display pieces. Pricing starts at $200 and varies based on size, material, design detail, and customization needs.
